It tastes like a gooey, rich pumpkin pie.
Though I love the flavor of pumpkin pie, I can't stand the dry, tasteless crust. This dessert has all the great pumpkin pie flavor, yet it is super moist.
It tastes good warm, right out of the oven or cold the next day. I will definitely be adding this to my Thanksgiving menu this year.

(Warning: Read the recipe carefully! It calls for one 29 ounce can of pumpkin. I used two 15 ounce cans and that worked great.)
