Fun Fabric Bookmark

I made these fabric bookmarks as a "happy" for a special friend.  They are a great way to use up leftover scraps from previous sewing projects.

You can use two pieces of the same fabric or two coordinating pieces.

Here are the directions...

You will need two 7" x 2.5" scraps of fabric and a piece of 7" x 2.5" batting.  Stack the three pieces with the batting on the bottom and the fabric (with right sides facing each other) on top.  Sew using a 1/4" seam allowance around three edges, leaving one of the short edges open.  Turn the bookmark right side out, making sure the batting is in the center.  Fold the raw edges from the open end under and press all sides.  Add a ribbon to the open end and topstich around the entire bookmark.

Super Easy!
