Growing up this was always one of my family's favorite desserts.
It is super easy to whip up and uses only five ingredients. Perfect for summer get-togethers, it requires no baking!
Using a pudding/cool whip mixture and graham crackers you create layers that are topped by chocolate frosting...
Super Simple & So Yummy!
Chocolate Eclair Dessert

Ingredients:
3 small boxes french vanilla instant pudding
9 ounce container Cool Whip, thawed
1 can chocolate frosting
3 cups milk + 1 tablespoon for frosting
1 box honey graham crackers
Directions:
Mix pudding with 3 c. milk until thick. Fold in Cool Whip. Line 9x13 pan with a layer of graham crackers; cover with half of pudding mixture. Top with another layer of graham crackers and remaining pudding. Cover pudding with another layer of graham crackers. Stir 1 tablespoon milk into frosting until smooth and spread over graham crackers. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
