Chocolate Eclair Dessert

Growing up this was always one of my family's favorite desserts.

It is super easy to whip up and uses only five ingredients.  Perfect for summer get-togethers, it requires no baking!

Using a pudding/cool whip mixture and graham crackers you create layers that are topped by chocolate frosting...

Super Simple & So Yummy!

Here's the recipe...

Chocolate Eclair Dessert
(printable version)
 Ingredients:
3 small boxes french vanilla instant pudding
9 ounce container Cool Whip, thawed
1 can chocolate frosting
3 cups milk + 1 tablespoon for frosting
1 box honey graham crackers

Directions:

Mix pudding with 3 c. milk until thick.  Fold in Cool Whip.  Line 9x13 pan with a layer of graham crackers; cover with half of pudding mixture.  Top with another layer of graham crackers and remaining pudding.  Cover pudding with another layer of graham crackers.  Stir 1 tablespoon milk into frosting until smooth and spread over graham crackers.  Refrigerate for several hours or overnight.

Enjoy!
