Here is a little project that I put together this year for Mother's Day gifts. I wanted to get this post up before Sunday, for some Mother's Day inspiration. But since Mother's Day is already past, I figured this would still make a great birthday gift!
This project is pretty self-explanatory. Gather the supplies you will need for your herb garden. I purchased a clay pot from Hobby Lobby on sale for $2.99. I found the gloves and the spade at the dollar store. The herbs were purchased from Lowes as a pack of four and the potting soil I had on hand.
I spray painted the clay pots and decorated them with vinyl. But, if you don't want to use vinyl, a stencil would work really well too.
I filled the pot with soil and left the seeds, spade and gloves on top.
This is so easy to make and is a gift that will keep on giving all year.
Have a great Monday!
