I guess I have been in the baking mood lately, because here is another cookie recipe. These cookies are made with only three ingredients and can be whipped up in less than five minutes!
Here's what you need:
2 eggs
1 cake mix
1/2 cup oil
Mix ingredients together and roll into balls. Bake 8-10 minutes at 350 degrees.
For a little variety, you can add chocolate chips, sprinkles or nuts to the dough. I also like to frost and decorate them once they have cooled.
So Yummy!

YES. We did these for my daughter's 4th birthday party at school only with devils food mix and m&ms inside.
ReplyDeleteYUM! and crazy easy
So cool!
ReplyDeleteI want to try it using the reduced sugar cake mix. Then I can have reduced sugar cookies, too!
I think I used to have this recipe and misplaced it. This would be good to remember when those cake mixes go on sale "buy one get one free"!
