These yummy brownies are super fast to make and are delicious!
The batter can be whipped up in about 5 minutes...
and these brownies come out perfect every time!
They taste great straight out of the pan...
or with ice cream and chocolate syrup on top!
Here's the Recipe!
Speedy Brownies
2 cups sugar
1 3/4 cups flour
1/2 cup cocoa
1 teaspoon salt
5 eggs
1 cup oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup chocolate chips
Directions:
In a mixing bowl combine first 7 ingredients; beat until smooth. Pour into greased 9x13 pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted near center comes out cleans.

This recipe is nearly identical to my current brownie favorite. I've never tried using oil though, as the recipe calls for melted butter, but I can't wait to try!
