Pirate Party

We just returned from Texas where we celebrated my nephews' birthday party.  My sister planned an amazing party with lots of cute decorations, games and favors.  Here are a few pictures from the big day...

These are the invitations she created using recycled candle tins.  They are spray painted black with cute pirate paper Mod Podged to the top.

Inside of each tin were pirate stickers, gold coins and a section of the treasure map.

Each child brought their piece of the treasure map to use in the "treasure hunt" during the party.

Here are pictures of the table decorations.  My mom  and sister made the felt pirate hats as favors for each child.

My oldest nephew dressed up in his pirate costume and my youngest nephew (his brother) dressed up as his parrot sidekick in a outfit my mom and sister made for him.

{He is so stinkin' cute!}

The cupcakes were adorable!

My sister ordered the fondant pirate toppers from this store on Etsy.

Everything turned out so cute and we had so much fun being part of their special party!
