Here's a yummy recipe for quick and easy pasta salad.
The secret ingredient in this salad is Good Seasons dry seasoning mix.
The seasoning packet makes this recipe quick to throw together.
Of course, to make it taste even better refrigerate it overnight!

Ingredients:
2 packets Good Seasons Italian Dressing Mix
1/2 c. vinegar
6 Tablespoons water
1 c. oil
16 oz. garden rotini pasta (cooked)
1 c. mozzarella cheese (shredded)
1 T. dry chopped onion
3 oz. chopped pepperoni
Directions:
Mix dressing according to package using vinegar, water and oil. In a large bowl combine dressing, pasta, cheese, onion and pepperoni. Chill.

ReplyDeleteStopping by way of Tuesday tastes. I've always made a similar pasta salad, just with a bottle of Wishbone italian dressing. Will be interesting to see how making it with the good seasons packet will take it up a notch....
ReplyDeleteYum! I made a pasta salad w/the dressing mix as well, but this one looks way quicker and just as tasty I'm sure! I love adding pepperoni, it gives it such a nice kick and bite. Mmm now I'm craving it!
