I wanted to replace the marker board that was hanging on our kitchen wall. I needed something that would look sharp, but still be usable for making a grocery list or writing little reminders.
BEFORE...
I took this old poster frame that I wasn't using and removed the picture. I hot glued a piece of burlap to the cardboard backing from the frame and stenciled the monogram using craft paint.
AFTER...

It can now be used with dry erase markers and looks so much better than the old marker board!
